Fun Facts About Us –
October 1998, we got married on a Houseboat on Lake Powell w/50 close friends & family,
2 weeks later we had a BIG FAT GREEK WEDDING in Chicago with 230 of our dearest friends & family!
This year marks 30 years together.
We have 1 little one – our Jack Russell named Lexie, she’s 14+yrs old and our hiking, boating and travel buddy.
We enjoy Cardinals Football Games, Concerts, Houseboating, Wakeboarding and Traveling.
Where it all started with real estate….
Pete started his Arizona real estate career in the resale market and then he went to work for a “New” home builder. During this time with this builder, Pete’s list of accomplishments includes the following:
- Promotion to Sales Representative/Regional Sales Manager West Valley
- Ranked 1st in top sales for 2nd and 3rd quarter in 2006 as Sales Manager in West Valley
- Ranked 1st in JDP for 1st and 2nd quarter in 2006 as Sales Manager in West Valley
- Lead Area Sales Representative responsible for attaining community sales, closing and customer service goals
- Achieved Net Sales of over $18 Million in 2004 and $20 Million each year in 2005 and 2006
- Achieved Closed Sales of over $14 Million in 2004, $16 Million in 2005, $20 Million in 2006 and $20 Million in 2007
- Ranked number one in net units sold in 2004
- Received the 2004 KB Home “Rookie of the Year” Award
- Received the 2004 KB Home Operating Performance Award for “Outstanding Customer Service”
Pete’s 4 years of experience in “NEW” builds was followed by 2 years listing homes as an REO agent. When the market hit this 54-year low, Pete’s business grew with investors, short sale clients and first-time home buyers.
As a result, in 2009 Pete enlisted the help of Deneen to begin working together as a powerful husband and wife real estate duo.
Anyone who knows Deneen experiences her energy, drive, determination, enthusiasm and excitement for people, the real estate industry and life. She worked in Corporate America for 10 years as a property claims adjuster. Her eagerness to be an entrepreneur led her to work hard to achieve Region Vice President status with Arbonne International. Next, she jumped into real estate with Pete by obtaining her real estate license. Additionally, she spent 2 years as a radio show co-host on AM1360 with Dr. Gary Lawrence.
